My recent New Year’s stay at Timhotel Montmartre was absolutely enchanting! Nestled in a charming cobblestoned square and just a short stroll from the Sacré-Cœur, this hotel truly immerses you in the artistic spirit of the iconic Montmartre district. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and our room, complete with a queen-size bed and recently renovated ensuite, boasted stunning views over the Parisian skyline that captivated us each morning. The generous breakfast buffet set us up perfectly to explore the winding streets filled with delightful cafes and shops, where I indulged in my love for French pastries. As a history teacher, I found it fascinating to be nearby the famed Bateau Lavoir, a historic hub for artists like Picasso. The convenience of the nearby Abbesses Metro Station also allowed us to venture further afield effortlessly. I’m already dreaming of our next stay in this magical location!
